The Gliga I has High grade timbers and more handwork attention to plate thicknessing and outline contour on body and scroll. Maple back, neck and sides with spruce top, ebony fingerboard and inlaid purfling. Pegs are Ebony Swiss style and the chinrest is Ebony Guarneri style. This violin is in the Stradivari style finished with a beautiful German oil varnish which highlights the medium to high flame.
To produce the instruments potential in tone, response and playability, and to maintain a high standard of instruments this violin includes custom professional set-up.
THE CASE:
One of our most popular shaped cases. It is a wood ply shell with Navy blue weather resistant case cover, adjustable back pack style straps, large external accessories pocket and side handle. Inside it is Cushioned green velour with padded suspension, 2 bow spinners, velcro neck restrainer, accessories compartment and blanket.
THE BOW:
High Quality Fully mounted Carbon Fibre Bow.
THE ROSIN:
Light Amber Student Rosin included.
THE STRINGS:
Strings are upgraded to either Dominant Thomastik or Tonica Pirastro sets.
